Valeria specializes in issues related to virtual assets and helping businesses legalize crypto activities, protect and protect intellectual property, manage and commercialize various intangible assets, and comply with privacy requirements. She participated in the implementation of international projects in the UAE, Hong Kong, the EU, the US, and other countries and regions.

Valeria's experience includes obtaining cryptolicenses and other permits from regulators, building communication with authorities, conducting numerous due diligence in terms of intellectual property and personal data, participating in international transactions involving the transfer of intellectual property and other related assets, distributing content, preparing strategies and documents regarding the processing and protection of personal data, as well as writing consultations and memorandums on complex and non-standard topics (hardware localization, localization of personal data. data, preparation of Transfer Impact Assessment under the GDPR, parallel import, import of non-standard goods, online advertising, etc.).

Prior to joining the Versus.UAE team, Valeria worked for Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, an American law firm, where she advised a number of leading global brands, including media, entertainment, technology, healthcare and energy.
