Sergey specializes in legal support for businesses in the UAE and other GCC jurisdictions, including business structuring and developing strategies for starting a business, establishing and liquidating companies, complying with local legislation, and advising on tax issues. Sergey advises large Russian and international companies, investment funds, and private clients on operating in the UAE and other foreign jurisdictions.
