Oleg specializes in developing corporate structures, M&A transactions, establishing joint ventures, legal aspects of debt financing transactions, banking law and bankruptcy. As a lawyer, he takes part in building a comprehensive strategy for clients' behavior in conflicts: bankruptcy, corporate conflicts, related to the division of property in family and inheritance disputes.

Oleg has been working on bankruptcy, corporate and banking law projects for more than 10 years. For more than 8 years he has worked for one of the leading Russian consulting companies specializing in comprehensive support for bankruptcy projects, M&A and conflict resolution.
He developed and teaches a master's course at the Higher School of Economics in St. Petersburg on methods and tools for acquiring business assets (“Mergers and Acquisitions”).
Oleg is recognized by the international ranking Best Lawyers 2021, 2022 Banking and Finance Law.
