Nazar Volkov

Nazar specializes in legal and tax support for IT businesses and intellectual property. His areas of expertise include the concentration of IP rights in companies, the support of software transactions, and tax planning for international groups of IT companies.

One of Nazar's key specializations is full support for software registrations in the Russian Software Register of the Ministry of Finance, from assessing the risks of refusing registration to obtaining confirmation of registration.

Nazar has experience in removing clone games from various digital platforms that compete unfairly with original developers' games.

Prior to joining the Versus.legal and FUTURA digital team, Nazar had experience at Big4 (Ernst & Young), where he advised international companies on indirect taxation issues in the field of e-services.
