For 8 years, Ilya has been supporting the activities of commercial organizations in the Russian Federation and abroad. Ilya has significant experience in international consulting in the UK, where he provided qualified advice to clients on the relocation of business structures and the process of obtaining a second citizenship.

Prior to joining the Versus.UAE team, Ilya was an analyst at an investment company, worked for leading banks in the Russian Federation and headed the compliance department, ensuring strict implementation of internal procedures and regulations.
