Ekaterina Koroleva

Ekaterina has more than 10 years of experience in various areas of international law, including supporting complex international projects, as well as organizing the effective work of foreign subsidies and branches of Russian companies.

Ekaterina has significant experience in participating in arbitration proceedings under the ICC, LCIA, NAI, SCC and ICAC rules under the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as coordinating court cases in state courts in Russia, England, EU countries, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, etc.

In addition, Ekaterina specializes in sanctions regulation and export control of foreign countries (including the US, EU, Great Britain, etc.), and also has practical experience in assessing international projects for sanctions risks and developing solutions to minimize them.

Prior to joining the Versus.UAE team, Ekaterina worked for one of the largest Russian oil companies, as well as in Russian legal consulting.
