Alina specializes in supporting the launch of high-tech products and projects on foreign markets, including obtaining licenses, supporting publishing and investment transactions.

In terms of IP/IT projects, her main experience includes comprehensive protection of facilities, preparing a strategy to improve the intellectual property management process, structuring international technology transfer, analyzing and drafting contracts.

Alina has extensive experience in developing a personal data protection strategy under Russian law and the GDPR, including analyzing risks and preparing recommendations for minimizing them, preparing a package of necessary documents for compliance with legislation.

Alina has more than 10 years of experience in international consulting at Big 4 and other consulting companies, as well as experience as head of the legal department at a fintech holding with 18 legal entities.
