Alexey Romanov

Moscow State Law Academy named after M. O.E. Kutafin (bachelor's degree, master's degree in Corporate Law).

For more than 5 years, Alexey has been supporting the commercial activities of companies in Russia and the UAE at all stages: from creation to reorganization and liquidation, and also prepares corporate documents and contracts.

Prior to joining the Versus.UAE team, Alexey worked in the UAE division of Tenet Consulting, an international consulting company founded by immigrants from Big4 (KPMG), where he dealt with tax and corporate issues, obtaining resident visas and opening bank accounts.
